The company sought to devise a novel formulation with an alcohol content of sub 0.5% while significantly lowering the sugar content and manufacturing timeframes. Through the developments, the company designed methodologies that could facilitate overcoming incompatibilities related to stability, pH regulations, and consistency which ultimately led to formulations at 0.05% alcohol content with enhanced shelf-life.
