Modern slavery is the illegal exploitation of other people for personal or commercial gain where one person controls another for profit by exploiting a vulnerability.
Often a victim is forced to work for little or no payment. The control that traffickers hold can be physical, financial, or psychological.
RCK Partners is committed to meeting the aims of the 2015 Modern Slavery Act. We strongly oppose any form of Modern Slavery and will not enter into business with any other organisation, in the United Kingdom or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to involve itself in any form of slavery, servitude, or forced or compulsory labour.
We seek to raise awareness across the business and with our suppliers, and we keep our internal practices in relation to our labour force under ongoing review.
We have expressed to our suppliers and colleagues that we will not tolerate slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business.
RCK has not to its knowledge conducted any business with another organisation which has been found to have involved itself with any form of Modern Slavery. We want to ensure all our suppliers treat their employees ethically.
This statement will be reviewed on a yearly basis to ensure RCK does not engage with any form of Modern Slavery.
